This is a group of people with similar goals. It doesn't matter if you are young or old, it doesn't matter where you're from. What matters is that you want to do sumthing positive for your others.
RELATIONSHIP
We need members of the community to relate closely to each other. We need people to establish and maintain close friendships, ties, and bonds. We need people who are self-motivated and can also help motivate members of a team.
POSSIBILITY
We need to believe in vision. If we believe that Nigeria would be a better place, it would happen. Don't doubt the power of possibility.
ACTION
Yes, we need action. It's not all about talk-talk. Talk is very cheap; we need people to actually take action.
POSITIVE CHANGE
The vision must bring positive change. When all is said and done, there must be a POSITIVE change.

OUR TEAM
Meet the team of passionate professional youths who are the brains behind DSPA.
DUMEBI AGBAKOBA
Dumebi is the passion behind DSPA. Her unflinching loyalty and genuine desire for African has awaken youths to a possible bright future.
TEMIDAYO AKINKOULIE
Temidayo runs both administrative and logistics functions at DSPA. He works in administration with StatOil.
OLAMIDE ADEDEJI
Olamide functions as project director at DSPA. He is head of special projects at Soundcity.
OLADAPO BAMIDELE
Oladapo functions as creative director at DSPA. He is a trained Mechanical engineer, works as a web developer, and is head of multimedia at MTech.

THE DSPA BOARD
The DSPA board is a platform for the DSPA team to effectively discharge duties.To reach our objectives we choose routes decided by the board.
OLISA AGBAKOBA (SAN)
Olisa Agbakoba is the Senior Partner, SAN, FCIArb, OON, was born in Nigeria in 1953, admitted to the Nigerian Bar 1978. Olisa has a degree from University of Nigeria, LLB. Hons. He supports the goals and dreams of DSPA.
VICTOR NWAKASI
LB.L (Hons) 2003, Nigeria Law School, LL.B (Hons) 2001, The University of Ibadan-Nigeria, E&T (Education and Training)1995, Prime-Corp (Professional) Computer Institute, Port Harcourt.Victor is an associate at OA & A. He serves as a legal adviser to DSPA.
MUSA ELAKAMA
He is curently the Assistant Director of the Nigerian Stock exchange. He is interested in supporting the goals of DSPA and encourages youth development for Nigerian youths.
VICTOR BANJO (Chartered FCIPD, M.IoD, MNIM)
Born in England in May 1967, he is the Chief Human Resources Officer at Virgin Nigeria. His interest in DSPA is driven by his desire to help the youth achieve their dreams of becoming future business and community leaders.
MR OPEYEMI AGBAJE
Graduated in Law from the University of Ife (now Obafemi Awolowo University) in 1985 and was called to the Bar in 1986. He obtained a Master of Laws (LLM) from the University of Lagos in 1989 and an MBA from the IESE Business School, Spain in 1997 after attending the pioneer Executive MBA class at the Lagos Business School. He rose to the level of Executive Director in the banking industry before going into Consulting, Research and Teaching in Strategy and Business Environment as Senior Consultant of Resources and Trust Company Ltd and Lecturer at the Lagos Business School (LBS).He is passionate about encouraging youths to reach new heights through the DSPA Project.
