Greed is killing Nigeria and thousands of Nigerians

We all need to show more of God's love to make this world a better place. Truly this is the only way. GREED is the number one cause of every EVIL thing in the world. And no matter how much they embezzle, they would never be contented. They will always be thirsty for more. Nothing in this world would ever make any of us CONTENTED. Let’s be true to ourselves no matter the amount of parties we go, numbers of shot we drink, numbers of people we have sex with, amount of money we earn and number of clothes we wear. Nothing would make us feel Contented. So let's all start living a purpose filled life. Let's make a better World. Amen

Olu is right. Greed is the root of most evil, but let me be quick to add to it that somthing leads to greed...the human instinct to satisfy more wants. we are faced with the survival of the fittest situation in our body polity. the allocation of resources based on the different revenue sharing formulars had not been able to solve the numerous insatiable needs of nigerians. We are therefore plunged into the war of self struggle and self survival, hence the need to be greedy to acquire more, the need to outshine another, then the application of the addendum....."the end justifies the means".
If Nigerian must move forward as individuals, we must accept that we are not created equally, while some nigerians develop ideas that leads to greatness, some just stay on their butts and expect manner from heaven!, while some burn night candle to come out with good grades at school, some simply bribe their way through and come out half baked!
we must all believe in the inner man to survive. we can do away with greed if we find the purpose of our individual creation and accept who we are. If that is done, we will be miles away from greed,....remember, we are still living in the abyss of corruption. How do we fight that if we dont conquer the Man in all of us?

The number one combat to overcome greed is self control. One great greek philosopher once said and I quote "man know thy self".

If you are able to know your self, control your self, control the subconcious living inside of you, boy you can go places you know. Control the kid in you wa ooooooooo you will be great indeed. But corruption has eaten deep inside us we are emulating our fathers and always afraid to talk.

We are the future generation - if we start today to impart a positive change and stick by it even at death point - we will triumph. "Politricks" has blindfolded every participants eyes and it got extended to the non-participants too hence the slogan "if you can't beat them join them.

To make a positive change is my responsibility, its your responsibility, its our responsibility, so let's sit up and crucify greed.
