Fiction/Poetry :
1.Entrants for poetry must submit a poem of maximum 45 lines on the theme " The Colour of Change". No style/format restrictions apply. Theme must not necessarily be used as title. Postal 2.Entries must be on A4 paper
3.Entrant names must not appear on the document submitted. If entry is submitted by email.
4.Entrants will be asked to provide names only after the short-listing process.
5.A 50-word explanatory note on the central idea to the work must be submitted alongside.
6.All non-English words must be translated either in a glossary of terms at the end of the poem or in brackets within the poem.
7.Entries must be written in English.
8.Winning entrant will receive £50 in cash and an opportunity of publication in an established poets of renown in a one-day workshop.
9.Entries will feature in the events programme and in an exhibition at the awards ceremony
10.Entrants for fiction must submit a short story of maximum 3000 words on the theme "The Colour of Change". No style/format restrictions apply. Theme must not necessarily be used as title.
11.Winning entrant will receive £50 in cash and an opportunity of publication in an established magazine. Winners will get the chance to meet with huge publishing houses to view their work for possible book deals
12.All other terms from the poetry competition apply as above
Open Art: 1.Entrants must submit and artwork themed " The Colour of Change". No restrictions apply on style, format or material. 2.An explanatory document must be attached to work with details of material used, creation process, and final intention. 3. Entrants may submit graphic art or photography by email. All other work must, however, be posted-including painting, sketch work, watercolours etc. 4.Winning entrant will receive £50 in cash and their work will feature in mounted exhibition at Autumn Ball. they will also get the chance to participate in a workshop with established artists. 5.Videos will also be considered in this section.
